Job Description
TIMEHOUSE is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee the movement of goods at our Cochin, India office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain accuracy and availability.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to address issues.
- Ensure adherence to shipping regulations.
- Generate detailed reports on shipping and logistics performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
