Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Field Service Supervisor to join our West AGL division in Mumbai. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of services and support for intricate airport systems, including AGL and VDGS. The supervisor will manage project execution with an emphasis on rapid turnaround times while ensuring full compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial abilities, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and a diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering. Please note that this position requires substantial travel, approximately 50%-75%, to various customer locations.
