Job Description
Our esteemed client, Aikapatya Business Solutions, is seeking an experienced Company Secretary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing notices, agendas, and minutes for board and general meetings, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and handling necessary filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
You will assist in mergers and acquisitions, provide legal advice on corporate regulations, manage share transfers, and coordinate with legal advisors.
We require a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Company Secretary. This is a full-time position based in person.
