Job Description
Lamtain, a leader in custom light design and manufacturing since 1989, is searching for a committed Factory Foreman to manage operations on our factory floor.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily workflows, supervise skilled workers, ensure quality control, and work alongside design teams on custom projects.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within the metal manufacturing industry, preferably with a background in mechanical engineering. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
