Job Description
Jayshree Enterprises is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced CNC Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring both efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production staff to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor workflows to guarantee timely project completion
- Conduct inspections to uphold quality control
- Provide training and mentorship to new employees
- Collaborate with team members to enhance processes
- Manage inventory effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Fanuc and similar controllers
- Experience with micrometers and SolidWorks
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities
