Job Description
DECORATE BLINDS is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) cum Receptionist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and delivering outstanding front-desk service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee front-desk operations and ensure a professional greeting for customers.
- Perform administrative tasks while maintaining an organized office environment.
Requirements: Exceptional communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam are essential.
