Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Chat Representative to join our team. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 1 year of experience in BPO or Customer Support Chat. Fresh graduates with strong English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries via chat, provide comprehensive product information, troubleshoot issues, document interactions accurately, and collaborate with team members on complex queries.
Requirements: Proficiency in both Malayalam and English, excellent typing skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
