Job Description
THANAL is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist to become a valuable member of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting residents, visitors, staff, and volunteers with warmth and respect. Key responsibilities include answering and directing incoming calls appropriately while providing vital information about our services. Additionally, you will maintain accurate logs for visitors and residents, schedule appointments with medical staff and social workers, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
Your role will also encompass various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, contributing to the efficient operation of our office.
