We are currently looking for a committed Customer Care Executive to foster and maintain strong relationships with our customers at Abj Associates. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in customer service.

Salary: ₹17,00 to ₹25,00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Promote additional products and services aligned with customer needs.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and gather feedback.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to fulfill customer requirements.
• Identify and suggest improvements to elevate the customer experience.
