Job Description
Location: Chennai
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills in Hindi, strong typing abilities, and a commitment to a solid work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries.
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients and arranging appointments.
- Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate call records.
- Assisting the sales and marketing teams with administrative duties.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications: Intermediate education required; BCOM preferred.
Salary: ₹10,00 to ₹20,00 per month. We welcome applications from full-time and fresher candidates.
