Job Description
Vasutti is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Inbound Customer Support Specialists. We invite candidates with a graduate degree who possess fluency in both Hindi and English (Versant Level: 4) to apply.
Work Schedule: This role requires a commitment of six days a week with rotational shifts—7 AM to 8 PM for female employees and 7 AM to 12 AM for male employees. One rotational day off will be provided.
Compensation: Freshers can expect a CTC of ₹22,00 per month (take home ₹17,00), while experienced candidates may earn up to ₹24,500 per month (take home up to ₹19,500). Additionally, a quarterly bonus of ₹4,065 is available.
Additional Information: We have 150 full-time permanent positions available, along with benefits including health insurance and a provident fund. Please note that this position requires working from the office.
