Job Description
Hotel Manama, located in Mazgaon, Mumbai, is seeking a skilled Chef / Cook with expertise in Indian and Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate will possess a degree and exhibit strong English communication skills, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Designation: Chef / Cook
Salary: ₹30,00 – ₹50,00, including accommodation, meals, provident fund, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic dishes from Indian and Chinese cuisine.
- Innovate new recipes, oversee inventory, and uphold food safety standards.
