Job Description
IDFC FIRST Bharat Ltd is seeking a motivated Gold Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, offering effective solutions, and promoting our financial products. You will also manage customer relationships and participate in soft loan recovery efforts, with a focus on field sales activities.
This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹16,00.00 to ₹20,00.00 per month, in addition to incentives, allowances, and comprehensive insurance benefits. Shifts will be available during the day and morning hours.
Ideal candidates should have completed higher secondary education and possess at least one year of business development experience. Proficiency in English is preferred.
