Job Description
Reliance Retail is looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Care Associates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming customers, guiding them in their product selections, resolving any issues they may encounter, and efficiently operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
We are seeking candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and a positive demeanor. Previous experience in retail is preferred. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of ₹11,00.00 – ₹12,00.00. Additional benefits include health insurance and paid time off.
