Job Summary: The Process Executive role involves first-level processing of loans, orders, requests, and claims throughout the loan servicing lifecycle. Candidates should demonstrate accuracy and productivity while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Knowledge of loan servicing, including Escrow and Non-Escrow loans, is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Process assigned loans/orders/claims as directed by the Team Lead.
- Meet Individual SLA targets for accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Liaise with internal and external clients for approvals.
- Conduct first-level processing of various transaction types and maintain data integrity.
