Job Description
Join our dynamic Ecommerce team as a Customer Support Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role is based at our office in Kaloor Stadium, Ernakulam, and requires work from 9 AM to 6 PM.
We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Exceptional fluency in English
- Proven experience managing customer interactions via WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Daily commuting to Kaloor
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹18,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month. Benefits include a flexible schedule, leave encashment, and paid sick leave.
