Job Description
The Wyth Corporation is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to enhance our e-commerce team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our clients, focusing primarily on men’s and women’s footwear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with order placement and effectively resolve any complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, with a preference for e-commerce backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a customer-first mindset.
Monthly Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00
