Job Description
Sathyam International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a committed Customer Support Executive to be the primary liaison for our international clients. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries via email and phone with a prompt and professional approach, collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications include any degree, at least 2 years of experience in customer support, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. A customer-oriented mindset is essential, while experience dealing with international clients or in the manufacturing sector will be advantageous.
This is a full-time role offering a salary range of ₹25,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month, accompanied by benefits.
