Job Description
Uncle Delivery Express is looking for a committed Chat Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will assist customers through chat and inbound calls, providing them with information about our services while collaboratively striving to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of relevant customer care experience, exhibit fluency in both written and spoken Kannada and Telugu, demonstrate proficient typing skills, and excel in high-pressure situations.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to ₹30,00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and leave encashment. Flexibility for rotational shifts is required.
