Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time position in our Santacruz W. office. Please note that this role requires a minimum commitment of one year and is not part-time or assignment-based.

In this position, you will be responsible for drafting various real estate documents, including Sale Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, and Development Agreements. Additionally, you will draft commercial contracts such as MOUs, Term Sheets, and Share Purchase Agreements. Conducting IGR Searches, CERSAI Searches, and Document Vetting will also be part of your responsibilities.

This opportunity is exclusively for experienced professionals residing in Mumbai. Candidates must be available to work onsite.
