Job Description
Neo Fatbury is on the lookout for a dynamic and customer-oriented Call Centre Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers by answering their queries, making follow-up calls, providing tailored solutions, updating CRM records, and meeting performance metrics.
Requirements: A minimum of a 10+2 education or degree is required, along with outstanding communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer skills are essential, and prior customer service experience is an advantage.
