Job Description
We are seeking a committed Customer Care Officer to enhance our team at Arya Bangy for our Aluva and Paravoor Showrooms. This role involves engaging with customers to address their inquiries and providing clear explanations of available services. You will assess vehicles to identify necessary repairs and recommend services tailored to customer needs and budgets. Additionally, you will manage work orders that detail required repairs and costs while facilitating communication between customers and technicians. Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups and support is essential.
Salary: Up to ₹20,00 per month
Location: Aluva and Perumbavoor
