Job Description

Edument Knowledge Hub is seeking a dedicated IT Assistant to deliver technical support and ensure the seamless operation of our IT systems. This position entails assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, providing support for desktop and laptop users, and troubleshooting various technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain hardware and software.
• Provide support for IT equipment, including desktops and printers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation accurately.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support.
• Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS and Microsoft Office.
