Job Description
We are currently looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. In this role, you will manage customer support and data entry tasks through email and chat, with no phone calls involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Perform accurate data entry and verification tasks.
- Follow company protocols to resolve issues effectively.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
Qualifications: Candidates should be at least high school graduates or hold a degree, possess strong written English skills, have basic computer knowledge, and demonstrate a typing speed of 30 WPM.
Salary: ₹303,846.63 – ₹1,499,215.37 per annum.
