Job Description
We are looking for a committed Hostess to join our Customer Service & Operations team in the Hospitality sector. As a Hostess, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining fresh flower arrangements throughout the venue.
- Managing daily reservations and allocating tables accordingly.
- Greeting guests and verifying reservation details.
- Sharing information about current events and noting guest preferences.
- Coordinating phone inquiries regarding reservations and home deliveries.
