We are looking for a dedicated Application Lab Supervisor to join the dsm-firmenich team. In this pivotal role, you will prioritize application requests from various stakeholders and effectively allocate workloads among application technicians to maintain operational efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely delivery of application samples that meet our service level agreements, align with business priorities, and adhere to stringent quality standards, all while following global best practices and Corporate QHSS&E regulations.
Additionally, you will serve as a backup for the application laboratory manager as needed, generate reports to monitor raw materials and lab supplies, and assist in the ordering process through digital tools.
