Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is currently seeking a dedicated Operational Risk Analyst to strengthen our Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in embedding BCP within our organizational culture by maintaining, testing, and refining our BCP framework. This includes ensuring scheduled tests are conducted and effectively implementing BCP across various departments. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is preferred. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
