Role Objective:
We are seeking a compassionate Patient Care Assistant to support patients and their families, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience during their visits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient registration, admission, and billing processes.
- Facilitate a comfortable experience for patients and their families upon arrival.
- Manage non-clinical follow-up inquiries related to billing.
- Update and maintain patient billing records and daily reports.
- Handle petty cash and accurately document expenses.
- Assist the Centre Manager with various operational tasks.
