Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Associate with a minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience to join our esteemed consulting firm based in Sion, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process for finance professionals.
- Source candidates and conduct interviews effectively.
- Support onboarding processes and manage HRMS records.
- Conduct exit interviews when necessary.
