Job Description
Capgemini is seeking an experienced Payments Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a solid background in the Payments module of core banking systems such as TCSBancs, Finacle, or Flexcube.
A strong understanding of clearing and settlement mechanisms, European payment schemes (SEPA), and SWIFT & ISO20022 messaging standards is essential. Hands-on experience in requirements lifecycle management within the banking domain is required.
Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with Oracle DB concepts will be advantageous.
