Job Description
SPS Ventures is looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate to join our team in Chennai. This full-time position offers a consistent work schedule from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries and resolving various issues.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills in both English and Tamil, along with a proactive problem-solving attitude. Basic computer knowledge and prior experience in voice-based customer support are preferred. A minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or graduation is required.
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹14,00.00 per month.
