Job Description

ABEC Exhibitions & Conferences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a committed Administration Assistant to become part of our team. The successful candidate will manage a variety of administrative tasks including courier services, office organization, and procurement of office supplies.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. You will also oversee facilities management, maintain utility supplies, and assist with company events and client hospitality.

Strong communication skills are essential, with proficiency in Marathi and English preferred.

Job Type: Permanent | Salary: ₹30,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month | Benefits: Provident Fund
