Karuna Management Services Ltd is currently looking for a Front Office Executive with prior experience in the medical industry to enhance our team. The office operates from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM with flexible shifts lasting 9.5 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients and visitors
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Assisting patients with forms and managing their concerns
• Scheduling appointments and performing follow-ups
• Responding to emergencies efficiently

Compensation: ₹10,00.00 – ₹13,00.00 per month, plus benefits.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. This position is located in Bonhooghly, Kolkata.
