LCF is seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of underserved youth. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Mobiliser / Outreach Coordinator:

• Engage with youth and families in slum communities.
• Promote the benefits of the Lighthouse program.
• Act as a role model and connect with the community.

2. Spoken English cum Digital Trainer:

• Conduct sessions on Spoken English and Digital Literacy.
• Enhance students’ job readiness skills.
• Support both personal and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month

• Minimum Education of High School Diploma
• Able to Work in a Team
• Able to Work Under Pressure

• Good Communication Skills
