Job Description
Altruist Fostering Services is looking for a qualified Depository Participant (DP) Executive with over 3 years of experience in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and capital market environment. This position is located in Nariman Point, Churchgate/CST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage securities pay-in/pay-out, off-market transfers, and dematerialization/rematerialization.
- Ensure precise DIS processing while adhering to regulatory compliance.
- Process CDAS and DP files to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Oversee KYC, CKYC, and Re-KYC procedures in accordance with SEBI regulations.
- Maintain compliance with CDSL/NSDL standards and prepare for audits.
- Enhance automation and workflow efficiency within the DP system.
- Provide training to the DP operations team for optimal performance.
Salary: Up to ₹500,00 per annum.
