Job Description
Passive Infra Project Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide vital support to our leadership team. Key responsibilities include managing daily calendars, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and screening phone calls. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Additional responsibilities encompass drafting internal correspondence, managing contact lists, responding to inquiries, and ensuring confidentiality regarding C-Level matters. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of ₹40,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month.
Expected Start Date: July 15, 2025. Location: In-person. Benefits include a Provident Fund.
