Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Incharge to join our team in Dunkuni. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing production schedules to meet targets while adhering to health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include monitoring production processes, implementing efficiency improvements, supervising staff, and coordinating with various departments for timely material procurement.
The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication capabilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Salary ranges from ₹20,00 to ₹25,00 per month, with benefits including health insurance and a provident fund.
