Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Interaction Specialist to assist customers interested in trading their old two-wheelers for new TVS models. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the exchange process by explaining benefits, conducting vehicle evaluations, and coordinating with local dealers to secure optimal quotes. You will maintain thorough documentation for ownership transfers and collaborate closely with our sales team to support transaction closures.
Additionally, you will be responsible for participating in promotional events, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the exchange process, and analyzing trends in vehicle valuations. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a provident fund.
