Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our team as Telecallers. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls and addressing inbound customer inquiries.
- Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Maintaining accurate records in our customer database/CRM.
- Following up with leads and current customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Providing feedback to enhance our offerings.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Compensation: Starting at ₹5,00.00 per month
Language Requirements: Hindi (Preferred), English (Required)
