Job Description

Position: Finance Counsellor
Role Purpose: As a Finance Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients and their families with the billing process. Your responsibilities will include offering various payment options, managing TPA billing, preparing estimation letters, presenting package deals, and ensuring the accuracy of patient billing files through thorough audits.
Working Hours: Flexible shifts: 8 AM – 4 PM and 11 AM – 7 PM (with flexibility during leave)
Skills Required: Ideal candidates will possess customer service experience, strong data entry skills, leadership abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
