Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Hungry Mrinal as a Front Desk Receptionist within our Front Office/Billing department. We are looking for adaptable individuals willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Your key responsibilities will include managing customer bills, ensuring accurate billing, and processing payments efficiently.
Ideal candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and familiarity with hotel management software. A higher secondary education, along with 2 years of customer service experience, is preferred. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is a valuable asset.
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month, with additional benefits.
