Job Description
Economic Laws Practice is actively seeking a qualified Principal Associate or Associate Partner to enhance our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Corporate and Commercial law, with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
The responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, handling private equity, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions matters, as well as managing the entire transaction closure process. A thorough understanding of corporate laws, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and foreign exchange laws, is paramount.
Qualified candidates must have an LLB degree and exhibit adaptability across various tasks, including advisory roles, drafting, and negotiations.
