Job Description
The Black Steel, a rapidly expanding bespoke lighting brand based in Delhi, is seeking a Growth Operations Executive to enhance our operations and client service. We specialize in functional and industrial lighting designs tailored to our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams.
- Assist in client communications to ensure timely deliveries.
- Oversee project timelines and facilitate vendor management.
- Maintain operational KPIs and records.
- Support marketing initiatives and client service efforts.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or operations, excellent communication and multitasking skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Excel.
