Applied Research Works is excited to invite qualified professionals to join our medical coding team as a Risk Adjustment Coder. In this role, you will conduct both retrospective and concurrent chart reviews, applying your expertise in Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates possess a CPC, CCS, or CCS-P certification, with a minimum of two years of experience in HCC coding. Familiarity with Medicare Advantage operations is preferred.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹30,00 to ₹60,00/month, along with health insurance, flexible working hours, and a supportive team environment.
