Datavail is looking for a seasoned System Administrator with over 8 years of experience in Desktop Support. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring systems, optimizing performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and acting as the primary escalation point for users. Documentation of issues and preparation of required tasks are also critical components of this position.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years in hardware/software troubleshooting, willingness to work 24/7, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Windows, Active Directory, and ServiceNow are essential.
