Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. This role focuses on providing customer support and performing data entry tasks via email and chat—no phone calls are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through chat and email.
- Execute data entry and verification processes.
- Adhere to guidelines to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Escalate complex queries to appropriate channels when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update records as needed.
Qualifications: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; strong written English skills and basic computer proficiency are preferred.
Compensation: ₹19,770.74 – ₹33,944.24 per month. Shifts: Available in Day, Morning, and Night schedules.
