Job Description
We are looking for a committed professional to join our team in the role of Compliance and Legal Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Filing returns and ensuring compliance with the regulations set by ROC, BSE, NSE, and SEBI.
- Preparing legal documents and agreements.
- Coordinating Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP) with SEBI and various stock exchanges.
- Conducting analyses of SEBI circulars and their implications.
