Job Description
ACCURATE SYSTEMS is looking for a committed Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers, accurately gathering their requirements, and meticulously documenting calls, complaints, and service requests. You will also explain our service policies and provide timely updates regarding service status.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will engage in telemarketing activities, collect valuable customer feedback, and efficiently resolve post-service issues. This is a full-time, permanent position that is well-suited for recent graduates.
The starting salary is ₹12,00.00 per month, with additional benefits that include cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. Proficiency in both English and Hindi is preferred.
