Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage customer calls from diverse international locations, providing exceptional product and service support.
Skills Required:
Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities. The ability to engage effectively and respond to customer queries is essential.
Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts is required.
Salary Range: INR 3.0 L.P.A to 5.0 L.P.A plus incentives.
Eligibility: A minimum of 1 year of international voice experience is mandatory. Please provide relevant experience documentation.
This position is in-office. Remote work is not available.
