Job Description
Rushabh Sealink Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for:
- Requesting container pick-up information from shippers.
- Coordinating container gate-in details with customers.
- Performing data entry and distributing load lists to shipping lines.
- Obtaining onboard confirmations from shipping lines.
- Identifying additional costs and securing customer approvals.
- Updating EBMS and VGM information.
- Communicating pick-up details to sales staff via WhatsApp.
- Handling post-shipment inquiries.
This is a full-time position, with a salary range of ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Day shifts apply.
